About ShadowTech

ShadowTech is run by Jonathan Respeto, a South Florida based security and Linux engineer with more than two decades in the field. He works with clients in English and Spanish.

By day, Jonathan works on an enterprise security incident-response team, where he has spent over a decade analyzing and mitigating large-scale network attacks, including Layer 3 and Layer 7 DDoS, against some of the most heavily targeted sites on the internet.

Earlier in his career he founded and ran an IT services company from 2003 to 2012, providing Linux and network support to small and mid-sized businesses. ShadowTech continues that work today with the same hands-on approach, backed by years of enterprise incident response.

Community

Jonathan is a member of HackMiami, and every year works the Packet Hacking Village at DEF CON, running hands-on workshops in packet analysis, intrusion detection, and network defense for thousands of attendees.
